Someone Whocares
This place is horrible. They promise you so many things - but once you're in - forget it. They want you to hire a private CNA to take care of your loved because they are severely understaffed - and if you don't have a private CNA then they want to medicate your loved one so that they don't have to watch them. The room my loved one is in smells like urine all the time. You also have to pay for the nurses' gloves - what??? it's against the law for them to touch a patient without gloves - but now you have to provide them? I have been there during dinner and have had to help because the CNAs were no where to be found. Do not put anyone here. You pay a lot of money and they do nothing with your family member.
