Dawn was an amazing blessing to my brother and I as we began looking for an assisted living community for our mom. She spent many hours answering our questions, finding us a wonderful facility, and even attending meetings with us. I only half-jokingly referred to her as my personal therapist many times. She patiently and professionally answered many of our questions and ultimately helped us find a solution that was best for our mom. Contacting Tracy Todd of Soter, LLC was the best decision I made when trying to figure out how to help my father. Tracy was kind, considerate and went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. Tracy was there every step of the way. Tracy visited my father in the hospital multiple times and was always there for myself and my adopted sister. Tracy answered calls and texts at times when I never expected her to. I would text questions or problems when I would think of the them, figuring I will hear back from her sometime the next day and then an answer would come in a few minutes. Im sure Tracy has many frantic clients like myself that she is dealing with, but she always made me feel like I was the only one and that I was her priority! Tracy set up multiple appointments for assisted living memory care and was there every step of the process. We had even decided on a place and then they lost one of their staff and could no longer accept my father, due to staff to patient ratios. Tracy immediately set up more appointments at a moments notice and found a new place for my father because he had to have a place to go once released from the hospital. My father even calls her his angel and truthfully I would have to agree with him. Tracy made a very bad unexpected situation bearable and if there were more than 5 stars Tracy would get all that were available! I highly recommend Tracy Todd to help with your worst nightmare!

I do not typically write reviews but feel I must acknowledge how truly wonderful Tracey Todd is from Soter. She helped us during a time of immediate need when I did not know where to turn. She went out of her way to help. She found placements and provided recommendations and suggestions . Went above and beyond to visit make sure they were well cared for. I can't even begin to say enough how wonderful she is.
