My Grandma has lived here for 7 or 8 years now. She loves it. She enjoys walking around the courtyard and around the parking lot. Before the virus hit with a lockdown I would randomly show up at different times just to make sure things are good. I saw her at dinner (good food), see her perform in the kitchen band, I know she watches Skipbo being played, they have concerts with outside people that come in. They have lots of different events for the residents to participate in. Of course they don't have to, but if you are looking for your loved ones to be in an active place... This is it. It's great. Staff is nice, residents are nice, grandma loves it. That is top priority. She has to live there, not me. Highly recommend.

My mother in law who is on the third flour assisted living area of this home had to live 6 weeks without TV service. During this lock down. The management or owners did not take responsibility to make sure she had connection to be able to listen to the news of the world while she was confined to her room due to Covid-19. Michelle actually said having TV was not essential. During our meeting staff and management agreed food is not being able to be served hot during this time. My Mother in law has lived there for three years and she has complain of the food since day one. I know for Clients safety they have to control who comes and go but not being able to stop in and make sure they are being cared for. The good staff leaves and that to bad.
