This is an incredible place!! :-) I have looked at many different places and this is by far and above the most outstanding. It has everything, workout, pool, dog park, art room, lounge with games and tv, coffee bar, etc. and the apartments are lovely. The staff is also welcoming and kind.

On behalf of current resident and her children. My mother is beyond happy at Overture. She was welcomed warmly and openly first by Oscar and then without effort from the remaining management team. THEY ARE ALL AMAZINGLY COMPASSIONATE, KIND AND CARING PEOPLE. The attention that she receives makes her feel like it's just for her but they do this for all their residents with equal kindness and care.Overture represents a community environment that is deserving for all our Senior citizens. As a family and my Mom in particular, we highly recommend Overture to anyone looking for a place that feels like home and where you are treated with respect and like family.

I havent pulled the trigger yet and applied, signed or moved, but certainly have all that on my mind. Very impressed with the facility particularly the top floor when others would not be walking over you. And just as impressed by the courtesy, knowledge, patience and thoroughness shown to me by Oscar, the agent with whom I have been working.

This apartment community has opened up just in time and I have been able to talk my dad from NY into doing winter here and spending more time with the grandkids. Oscar has been great helping us through this move with such patience. He has put up with the whole family visiting several times before making our final decision. This community has such nice activities everyday feels like a vacation. We are so happy!!
