Wow so the place is beautiful however the woman at the concierge desk is so rude and nasty to the people that live here. I could not believe how nasty carol was. Enough to make me walk right back out the doors. She needs some training in how to talk to seniors and must learn a little bit about compassion and professionalism. Im truly horrified at her behavior. She brought a resident nearly to tears and the resident left visibly upset with carol shaking her head annoyedly.

Worst ever!!! Short but unfortunately left a negative lasting impression. The older lady with short gray hair, never ask for name, how I was doing or anything. She only asked what I needed. When I told her I was looking for a one bedroom to move in a month, she completely dismissed me like unwanted trash. I literally felt so small and completely embarrassed. I hope that she was just having a bad day and does not treat anybody else that way
