This review is in response to the lady, two years ago, who thought food at John Knox Village was one step above 'Institutional' quality, My wife and I were guests at 'SH Cranes Dining' last night and the whole experience could not have been any better had we been at a 5 star restaurant. The room was elegant, the service was top notch and the four course dinner was 'to die for'. My King Crab legs and my wife's Filet Mignon couldn't be beat anywhere. We wholeheartedly recommend this 'Fine Dining' facility, and the amenities offered at John Knox Village appear to be 'top of the line'.

It's a good place to work for, but unfortunately there is a woman that works in Majestic Oaks that is a new unit manager and she harasses some of the employees and is very rude, tries to come up with any way or excuse she can to get you in trouble or terminated. She wakes residents up at 11:00 at night just to ask them questions over and over again that have already been answered. She herself is a terrible employee and I think that she definitely does NOT meet the 'John Knox Ways.'
