Amazing facility! Couldnt have wished for a better place for my mother to live. The staff is amazing, they treat my mother with care and will go the extra mile to ensure the safety and well-being of your loved one. The facility itself is clean and beautiful. The staff has been very involved in the treatment of my mother, is attentive, kind, and caring. I highly recommend grand Oaks to anyone who wants their loved ones truly cared for.

Everything about the Oaks is positive. The physical facility is excelent,well maintained and very clean. The staff is great. They are very competent, friendly, courtious and always ready to do what ever they can to make you comfortable.The dineing experience is first rate the service is prompt, the food is very good and the variety and preparation is outstanding. The only deficiency that I have noted is that frequently the food is not hot and sometimes the vegitables are cold and overcooked. The deserts more than make up for this problem-- they are superior. Overall I would rate the Oaks 4.95 out of 5.0
