Arden Courts of Lely Palms

We knew the day would come when we would have to place our aunt in an assisted living facility. Our first choice has always been Arden Courts! My wife and I visited Arden Courts 2 1/2 years before our aunt needed assisted living. A very nice and knowledgeable staff member gave us a tour and answered all of our questions. Both of us were impressed and decided at that time if we had to put our aunt in an assisted living facility it would be Arden Courts. With the Coronavirus sweeping the country today, our timing to move her to an assisted living facility could not have been worse but with the help and hard work of Arden Courts we were able to make a smooth transition. Our Aunt is now living at Arden Courts and all family members are very leased.

My mom was admitted to Arden Courts during COVID which was a scary time on many different levels. The people at Arden Court were beyond lovely and comforting both to my mother but also to me. It was such a relief to feel that she is in the right place and was safe. I also liked it that even with COVID my mother didn't feel isolated. They went above and beyond to make sure the residents were safe but not lonely.

I am so happy to find such a caring, clean, and cozy facility for my husband at Arden Courts in Naples, FL. The staff is friendly and efficient and has treated my husband wth respect and dignity and humor. He is happy and content. The chef produces delicious meals and the caretakers treat the residents with kindness. The residents and their rooms are always clean.

My partner's 16 month residency at Arden Courts was a positive experience for him and for me. Arden Courts' staff is dedicated, compassionate and full of love for all of their residents.. It is nicely laid out on one level allowing residents to roam freely, as well as, enjoy the nicely landscaped outdoor pathways, safely secure, yet, gives residents the sense of freedom.The bedroom units are nicely furnished and met all needs. Having four separate dining areas allows for smaller meal time service, less noise and chaos. Numerous activities and enthusiastic (and tireless) activity team are another plus.My suggestion is don't look for the newest facility, but, rather look for a facility with a big heart. I found it for my partner at Arden Court. I hope you do, as well.

While some accentuate glitzy decors and grand pianos take notice of what you and your love one really need an established facility with a great track record with positive personal references. After much research it was obvious that Arden Courts was what I wanted for my wife.There is a warm & professional staff providing non-stop service and friendship to the residents and families around the clock. The activities vary from outside performers brought in as well as a variety of in house fun and therapy. Each resident has the option of participating in whatever activity they like however the staff makes an extra effort to get everyone involved that is important. The accommodations on all levels are superb and immaculate including private rooms, quaint dining rooms, kitchens, studio and activity rooms as well as the outside garden areas.My wife of 47 years has been a resident at Arden Courts for the past 15 months. I couldnt be more pleased knowing that she is treated with the utmost respect and surrounded by a warm professional staff that really cares.
