The staff is amazing and the grounds are absolutely beautiful... an amazing place for yourself or a loved one to live!

The entire staff at the Brennity of Melbourne has been exceptional. They were extremely helpful during our visit of the facility and the transition of our loved one into the Memory Care Unit. They were very thoughtful and caring to the family as well as the resident. We could not have been more satisfied. Doug Love and the entire team truly care about the residents and provide excellent care. Thank you for being there during our familys transition to your facility.

If I could give zero stars I would....I don't know how a facility like this didn't prevent a resident from bringing in a firearm resulting in him using it to end his life....or harming other residents especially during this very sensitive & heartbreaking lockdown...to me it sounds like very incompetent staff...I really feel bad for the family of this man..they were denied visiting him & now they will never see or speak to him ever again...shame on you!!...

I've had a good experience with Brennity. I am the daughter of a prospective assisted living resident and my dad was impressed. The property is beautiful--I love the screened-in porches and small dining rooms that each wing has that gives it a comfortable 'homey' feel. The staff is super friendly, making a strong statement that they want to make my dad and our family happy as much as possible. My dad especially likes that residents can use the fitness center and pool on their own and do not necessarily have to sign up for an exercise class or supervision from staff, allowing self-motivated residents to be more independent. I think Brennity's kitchen and meal times seem to be longer and more flexible than some assisted living homes too. I am especially impressed with Teleia from their sales department and how easy she is to work with. She's been caring and professional and quick to follow through on my questions/requests, demonstrating that they really want to make it a stress free experience to welcome my dad to their community. She has been following up with my family and staying in touch about our needs and timeframe for a possible move. Brennity was more flexible with the uncertain timing of my dad's plans to stay than other local assisted living homes.

I'm not sure where to begin. I had some concerns about my mother living in a community for seniors. I have seen a lot of turnover at the Brennity over the past several years. Mom's wellbeing is becoming a greater concern as she is losing her independence and I was thinking about moving her because of the turnover and changes I have seen have not always been good. Then I met the Executive Director. Last Saturday he spent an hour with me listening to my concerns and then he took action. Before, I would always get empty promises or be told home office would say no to my requests. I always thought the home office didn't care but he said the home office has always cared and to make it better he lives there so he can monitor situations, provide support, peace of mind, and the compassion Mom and others need. He said that was home office's idea. Its a great idea. I see the positive difference he makes everyday because he is there and present. He cares because its his home and my mothers home. More companies need to do this. This Executive Director has a dog that Mom adores. It's a huge dog that reminds her of herself when she was young and had a Golden Retriever. I could go on and on and say so many wonderful things. I feel God has blessed my family by having someone look after her that truly cares. Today, on a Sunday he spent time with us and helped set up some additional cares for Mom. I watched him in the dining room, down the corridors, and in his office talking with everyone like they are his best friends and so important because to him they are. If you are thinking about another place don't. We have looked everywhere. New places open, look wonderful, and offer specials but you won't find a place or person who cares more and he has corporate support. We were at our end and didn't know what to do. Mom is our life and she needs the extra love and the Brennity cares. God did this for us. We are so blessed. Thank you is not enough.
