Great staff and accommodations... so so food

This is a beautiful facility. The mail major problem is response time in an emergency situation. The button system is great, but there needs to be a way to distinguish someone needing help with a small problem and someone who is sick or has fallen. There have been many times people have pushed the button for help and it can take 45 minutes to an hour for someone to arrive. Unacceptable

Very nice assisted living facility. It's beautiful on the inside. The ladies at the desk are very nice and helpful.
