Lake Park of Madison Nursing and Rehabilitation

If I could I would put 0 starts because the nurses literally eat the paitionts good and take no care of them. Don't let the 5 starts foul you. This is the worst nursing home in the world. Share this comment please.

Please beware of placing your loved one in this facility. Incompetent, non caring, unprofessional employees. Nursing staff has a lot to be desired. Never assisted my mother in putting away her belongings when she arrived especially since no family member could go in facility due to covid-19 regulations in place. Staff is definitely taking advantage of that. Eat part of my mother's fruit out of an unopened fruit platter and placed the trash pieces in her bag and left in the room. Staff is not in uniform. All doors remained closed to patient rooms. There could be an emergency and no one would know. No wheelchair in my mother's room. Just screwed if emergency arose. Meals were not nutritous. Beenie weenies, really? Hospital beds are old manual beds. Not updated. My mother's broke less than 48 hours into stay and fell on floor. Medications and list not addressed not even 2 days into stay. Facility looks nice on outside but very incompetent and unprofessional on the inside. Administration staff very misleading. I would never place a family member there with all there problems. Staff also negligent in placing very important equipment my mother used for respiratory issues not until 48 hours later. Negligent staff. I rate this a 1. These type issues do not reassure a family that there member will be taken care of at all.

I broke my hip and was in this facility for physical therapy the physical therapy team nurses cna's doctors took very good care of me the place is nice and clean and the meals are very good Thank you to everyone at Lake Park for such great careDeborah Glick

After moving my sister from a terrible Nursing Facility, Lake Park of Madison is a godsend. They keep her clean, they keep her well fed, without any bruising or concern for her health. Every time I go the facility is clean and brightly lit and full of visitors. I recommended to anyone needing to find a nursing facility or a loved one.

Office staff is rigid, no one oversee the seniors other than the caretakers whom can be more friendly. Hugely dissapointed when it comes to meeting or asking to speak to someone regarding employment, etc.
