The building is nice enough, but beyond that, its pretty lackluster. Outside of appearance, the best thing about this place is most of the medical staff. Most of those gals really put their heart and soul into it, and it shows. The office folks however, specifically the director Kelly Foley, a complete joke. Theyre all ridiculously fake and obviously only care about the next sale being made. Kelly has zero personality and appears very robotic. Anyone thats ever interacted with her on even a minimal basis would agree with my rating, as she brings down the entire vibe of the place. The same can be said for the remaining office staff as well, the bottom line is their only focus. Remove those individuals and this place would be a complete gem worthy of five stars, because you can tell the girls that work with my grandmother and all the other residents see our families as part of their own extended families.

Atria Lutz has been a favorite of ours for over 10 years! It is a nice well kept community with a brand new Memory unit opening very soon. The staff is caring and experienced and the residents are very welcoming. Located near the intersection of 275 and Bearss it is easily accessed from both Hillsborough and Central Pasco.
