Cascade Heights

I had the opportunity to stay at Cascade Heights (guest suite) while in town for an extended period of time, and I have to say this team and community is first class! The physical environment is matched with exceptional customer service by the staff. I give this community the highest recommendation!

My grandfather lives here and the way they have handled COVID-19 has really put my family at ease. Every experience Ive had with Jaffe has greatly exceeded my expectations and this is no different, I really appreciate the messages keeping us updated as well.

As we all know it is a difficult decision for the elderly to find good, safe and appropriate residency for the later years - especially if Assisted Living is needed. My parents have spent the last year in independent living at Cascade and recently my mother passed away, which required my father to move into the Assisted Living portion. I cannot say enough about the compassionate, effective and considerate treatment of our family during this time. From the staff at the front desk - Dolores and Andrea - to the Executive Director, Joff and of course Tawnie - the resident coordinator, who has helped my parents from the day they moved in. Every single staff member has been kind, helpful and highly efficient. Not only did they show great patience with my family - but on a day to day basis they go above and beyond to take care of everyone that resides there. The assisted living portion is no different - and the staff welcomed my father and continue to do everything possible to make him feel comfortable and welcome. I recommend Cascade Heights to anyone seeking safe/loving and professional care for themselves or their loved ones.
