Wow so impressed with staff! Dana has been extremely accommodating to my nana and I. The nurses have been kind and caring& the Physical therapy ladies have been so understanding of my nanas needs to help get her better. The rooms are kept clean, food is pretty good, I ate with her a few times while her stay. They just dont serve margaritas lol. One thing I would suggest is that the bathroom have a better counter space to hold a few Personal belongings and add there own personal showers.

Very unhappy with the way they are dealing with virus worry. My boyfriend, who has been putting his mother to bed every night for the better part of two years is being told he can't come in after 4 pm because they're limiting visiting hours. This man works six days a week and goes to the nursing home as soon as he gets off work at 5pm and stays til his mother is asleep He is absolutely beside himself.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. This place was under staffed, and they ignored and neglected their patients. I would even go as far to say that I saw boarder line abuse. Some of the nurses were very rude and uncaring. People will hit their call light button and be stuck waiting for usually at least an hour. I saw so many different patients soaked and they had to sit in it and wait for someone to change them. The patients who have family that come visit on a regular basis gets better care then the ones that dont. The ones that dont will sit and suffer, and be neglected. The place either needs to be cleared out and staffed with all new, better people, or shut down. I think the state needs to pay them more frequent visits. Please dont send a loved one to this facility unless you plan to visit every single day.
