Surrey Place is great place the staff is very attentive! The facility is very clean and home like for the residence. I would recommend surrey place to anyone looking for a short or long term facility.

Very VERY unprofessional staff. A LOT of favoritism goes on in this place, most likely won't get hired unless you know someone that knows someone. The CNA to Patient is ratio TERRIBLE, the scheduler NEVER schedules enough help and a lot of the residents are not getting the proper care they need. Would definitely not reccomend working or bringing a loved one here.

Don't put your loved one here! The Administrator, B.L is a Tyrant. I worked there for a year and it was horrible. Complaints to the Careline go unanswered. The care is awful. The Administrator and her friends sit online all day posting reviews to sites like these in order to make Corporate and the Public believe they are a well liked facility. I placed my 2 week notice, took a pay cut and went down the street. Better care for the residents there. I hope that place will change.
