This place will nickel and dime you till your loved one passes, they gave me two weeks to get my mom out of her independent living 2 bedroom condo and move her into there other facility with absolutely no warning it was coming, then I didn't give them the condo key back right away because I did not know I was suppose to, they charged me $2000.00 !! So they don't re key the locks on the door? Very very dangerous for anyone living there. Now my mother is in assisted living and has been out of her independent for 18 months and guess what, they are now trying to charge me $180 for a storage locker that she had when she lived there 18 months ago, they said that there is still some items in it, She has not even had access to it for a year and a half, she is 2 blocks away under lock and key in there other facility, but no phone calls to me telling me this till know? Do yourself a favor take you loved ones somewhere else

So far so good. My Dad has been here for a week now. The CNAs are Outstanding! He calls them his angels. I agree.

Insect control could be improved. Staff is friendly and responsive.
