As a recent retiree and new Floridian, I am excited and thrilled with my decision to move to Pacifica Forest Trace. The buildings and grounds are beautiful. My newly renovated two bedroom apartment is gorgeous. All of the executives and staff are superior. The cuisine is luscious and offers a tremendous selection for the individual palates. Before Covid 19, there were non-stop activiities all day and after dinner. The Health Department is not only conveniently located in my building but the Doctors, Nurses and staff are professional and compassionate.Even though I did not know one person when I moved here, I now have many new friends and meet more people everyday.I am extremely happy here and rate Pacifica Forest Trace 10 Star!!!!

Pacifica Forest Trace is a luxurious facility. There are caregivers who go above and beyond the level expected of care. Although, the nursing staff, specifically the main person responsible for dispensing medication during the afternoon hours of the day and the person who is the head of nursing overseeing this process, are completely incompetent. Suspicion of forging medical records and error in dispensation of medication is an on going concern. Watch your loved one closely at Pacifica Forest Trace. I was visiting someone and the elderly woman who sits behind the front desk (possibly a volunteer, I hope no one is paying her) took it upon herself to tell me to lower my voice, I guess she heard me speaking to loudly. I could not believe she felt so inclined to do so! That was enough for me to write how awful service is there and no manager interjected! They need to rethink who they have at there front desk location! It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE! She needs to learn to mind her business!

My dad lived there for several years and was very happy and made many friends. The problem is that when he passed away, I received a bill for the first 9 days of the following month. Although he had paid in full for the previous month in which he passed, Forest Trace requires a 30 notice when you are moving out. People should be aware that if you are planning to die, you need to give 30 days notice!

A very secure safe place to maintain seniors quality lifestyle. Well run establishment concerned about everyone under their supervision.
