Fantastic facility! My grandmother lived here years ago in The Palms. My father was at Regal and just moved to Cypress and my mother has been in Cypress for over a year. The staff is amazing and takes great care of both my mother and father. The place is spotless, the food is top notch, there are activities everyday! They take personal care and go the extra mile. They know everyone by name and the names of family members. This is a 5 star facility and by FAR the BEST in the area. I would recommend The Palms to anyone who wants the best care for their family members!! When its my time, I HOPE I get to live at The Palms!
