Staff is kind and food is good, but I believe they are lacking in safety. Staff Is hardly at the front desk and my grandparents can never reach them when they press their emergency button that they wear around their neck. A lot of excuses and safety concerns with that. If they stepped up on that very big issue then it would be a higher rating from me. This issue happens A LOT.
