The appearance is beautiful, food and nutritious is terrible their solution to alternative meal is always a grilled cheese sandwich. Your personal belongings are not safe here. Laundry come back dingy and wrinkle. But most importantly management will not return calls, neither will Corporate when you call open lines with a problem. My Father in-law was sent out to the hospital ( Winter Haven Hospital) and no one ever called to let us know, the hospital also did not call on his behalf. Waters Edge also did not send a list of his meds when they sent home to hospital. We had to find out from his care giver, she came to work couldnt find him was told oh hes in hospital. I have called management and corporate and they dont return phone calls.Be careful when considering Waters Edge as home for your loved ones.

It is a beautiful community. Like any place nothings perfect but I do know the staff really care about the residents and you feel that from the moment you walk in.
