Let me start with this statement, They have very great staff and very poor management. I have spoken to a lot of the residents there and from the sound of things they have very poor management skills . A resident told me at every council meeting they are promised things and they never receive them from the kitchen being terrible and always running out of things to the administratior doing the same . I have been dealing with this for a while now and now I have noticed that every single facility is different and this one is by far , well lets not say its the best. I recommend Sunny Hills ALF, Balmoral ALF , The Palms of Sebring ALF or The Manor of Sebring. Most of the residents would say they like the girls and hate the management , I hope when I get at the age where I need assistance I am able to go somewhere comfortable and not like some of these residents. Take this into consideration Im not here to down talk about the facility but theres problems that need to be fixed. I hope the management take charge and change some of the things the residents are asking for because this is there home at the end of the day, And to the staff that were there yesterday as I came to drop off a package for a fellow friend who lives here EXCELLENT JOB ON CARING AND TAKING YOUR JOBS SERIOUSLY to help your patients they are always appreciative of you wonderful group of ladies . I hope you guys are getting rewarded thank you girls <3. Hope this is a help to administration and staff.

This facility is great! I cannot express enough how great the staff is and how well they take care of there residents. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is looking to place one of there family members in a wonderful environment that feels just like Home :)

This place is an outrage . I have a friend whose mom is in care here and she hates the place she says the staff is always nice but the administration team and nurse have no time for residents or time for their staff. The residents are always happy to have the girls there but there are only so much that can be done by the girls if I were you I would not admit my mom or dad there I wouldnt want my worst enemy there.

Excellent facility. Staff is always cheerful, administration very helpful, with engaging activities, supported by great food. I always enjoy my visits. Looking forward to the next one. Thank you Southern Lifestyle, we appreciate all you do! Keep up the good work!

From administration to staff, they are an amazing group of caregivers. They are truly compassionate and love their residents. Its refreshing to see the happiness and quality of life Southern gives to its residents.
