Riverwalk Pointe

In spite of the positive words written below, I regret that Im now editing this review to report that weve just received a sizable (almost 6%) rent increase. This shocking news arrived with the lease renewal notice. The landlords response was that its what the market would bear and that all tenants are receiving the same increase. I argue the logic and fairness of this action, am hearing elevated words of resident displeasure and observe what looks like increased tenant turnover. This certainly doesnt bode well for the future.Although our first full year of residency is quickly approaching, we are very pleased to say that extreme satisfaction continues and that there isnt a day that passes that we dont contemplate how happy we are to have chosen Riverwalk Pointe for our home.When you investigate other local apartment communities on social media and internet review sites, you will find a shocking average rating of only 2 (out of 5 stars). This is quickly explained with repeated references to incompetent and rude staffs, nonexistent or slow service responses, serious security and life-safety matters, black mold, rats, ants, cockroaches, and other vermin, common areas and grounds littered with feces, badly chosen and negligently controlled undesirable tenants. The list goes on and on.Without hesitation our experiences here have always been the polar opposite. The totally competent and caring staff, the beautiful and impeccably maintained facilities and landscaping, generous amenities and services, as well as the overall high caliber of the residents, consistently provides the strong feeling of a pride of ownership normally associated with high-end owner-occupied communities.I hesitate to post this review only because I want to keep Riverwalk Pointe our unspoiled secret, and to assure that it doesnt change. But, its a piece of paradise that needs to be acknowledged and shared with others who appreciate, and are glad to pay a fair price for, the superior quality that it is.

My husband and I have lived her for 4 years and we feel like we are living 'the Vacation'. The location is fabulous located between the Ocean and the Riverwalk. We have made many forever Friends that we met by attending the activities. We have great appreciation for the Riverwalk Management Team. Highly effective and always professional. They make Riverwalk a dream location in which to live.

I have lived at Riverwqlk Pointe for over 4 years . I love living here. I have made many friends that I have met at the activities. The Staff always treats you very special. The location is just great, waking distance to Harbourside. The grounds are lush and tropical and impeccably kept. They just remodeled the Clubhouse and it is beautiful.
