Mangrove Bay is very professional. The staff and the residents are all friendly and make you feel at home. I have not had a bad experience yet I love it there. I almost forgot I'm a caregiver here and I look forward coming to work every morning.

I have been a resident of Mangrove Bay for 7 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I have recommended it to many friends who have as a result moved here. The Staff is outstanding - very caring and efficient. Our Activity Director does a great job with so many choices of what we would enjoy doing. My only suggestion would be to have less fried food which I cannot have and more vegetables - not cole slaw as a vegetable as vegetables should be cooked. The Dining Room staff is very good.

I have been a resident of Mangrove Bay for 5 years, I would not want to live anywhere else. I have a service dog who has been treated like a family member. I enjoy the activities, especially trivia, bingo and choral group. I have made a lot of friends here who have the same ideals. I intend to make this my final home for the rest of my life..

My mother was a resident of Mangrove Bay for 2 years. The staff at MB were so wonderful to her. Every time I was there I was so impressed with how caring and kind they all were. My mom was ill and suffered from hallucinations that made her imagine terrible scenarios that weren't actually happening, but were very real to her. I installed a camera in her room to make sure that she was safe. Every interaction I viewed from the staff was professional and courteous, no matter how irrational or aggressive my mother was being. Vickie, Hugh, Dorothy, Danielle, Kathy, Dianne, and Anne are just a few of the names that stand out as the best people you could have working in an ALF. Thank you all for taking such good care of her. It meant everything to me.
