I felt comfortable with the tour I took for my grandparents. While it may not be the right community for us, I definitely appreciated the honesty that was shown while we toured. they have a very active calendar, many activities on and off property. the residents appear to be happy and the community is compact with the dining and activity options in the center of the community. this reduces the struggle of what it will look like and how will my family get to dinner

Hello. I have worked at The Waterford for nearly three years and is truly an amazing place. The team members are always fun to be around which makes 'working' much more fun and enjoyable. Truly is a fun place to be. The residents are absolutely awesome and fun to speak with as they are knowledgeable and have great experiences that they are always willing to share. Looking forward to seeing the community enhancements as they are completed.

We had a relative here in care and when she passed, we were never notified!!! We found out months later that she had passed!! We called for months trying to check in and no one ever told us of her passing. We do not know where her remains are, her possessions, etc. We left instructions for her care givers to contact us if anything were to ever happen and they never did. She passed without any family knowing, alone and uncared for. Our family is absolutely appalled at the inhumane actions of the Waterford. No one should go that way, the staff involved with her should be ashamed of the heinous care she was given at the last part of her life. Do NOT send your loved ones here.
