The caregivers they send are warm, caring and took WONDERFUL care of our mom who had cancer. The caregivers treated mom and us like family. Unfortunately the office staff was not as caring, and became more difficult as Moms needs changed. I'll admit that our scheduling needs were challenging when Hospice Care joined Moms care. However, Sr. Solutions business is patient care and that should include family. Mom was dying and in her last days. Who can't be understanding/compassionate to a family's needs during that time ?! Person we talked to was grumpy and annoyed.When I initially called to find out about the services, I thought that this was the business that would give us the best care.NOT ONCE did the admin staff express concern for our mom or her family. When we called to cancel service because mom passed, they didn't even offer condolences.

We're giving Senior Solutions a 1 because they sent us nice people WHEN they actually sent us people. Our first caregiver was always late by more than 10 minutes.Showing up, on time, is at least 75% of any job.We had to call repeatedly to see who was coming. When you make a standing order for care, you expect someone to show up OR you expect someone to call and tell you why no one is coming or if someone is coming and they're going to be late. That didn't happen with Senior Solutions. There was no follow-through. It was very unprofessional.We called on Thursday morning to make sure someone would be here today and a gentleman told us there would be and then no one showed up and we had to call again. This was at least the fifth time we had to call because no one showed.We were told that no one would come because our house is cluttered (which it is, I'll admit) and we have five pets and it affected the caregivers' allergies. I completely understand that BUT NO ONE CALLED TO TELL US.Senior Solutions NEVER called to tell us when no one was scheduled or when no one was coming and that happened two or of three times. We were constantly calling them and they'd send whoever they could get. That's why they get a very bad review from this family. We're real adults and we don't expect perfection but we do expect basic respect and professional courtesy. Senior Solutions did not show up, literally or figuratively. They didn't exercise accountability in our case.If you were to behave like Senior Solutions did; consistently late or not showing up at all, having to be called each day of service and never communicating the reason why you aren't at work on time or why you're not coming to work at all, you wouldn't have your job long. It's regrettable we didn't part ways with Senior Solutions much sooner.The caregivers were nice but management is very unprofessional.

Senior solutions is the best home health care to work for in the treasure coast. Linda and her office staff treated us like family. Senior solutions have amazing clients. Linda works hard to make pleasant work environments for all the cnas. I live in Utah now but I miss senior solutions because there's nothing like the company and people in the west. I love you Linda keep up the fantastic work.

Excellent sales pitch but little follow through. Very poor communication with emails not being replied to and telephone calls not being returned. Internal communication between caregivers was also lacking which resulted in important aspects of my aunt's care being missed. I would definitely not recommend.

Excellent group of professionals that provided in home senior care for my elderly friend. Thanks for a wonderful experience....
