Upscale nice facility , clean, very good food service. , Patient care in the memory care not up to past levels. Comment during meeting with admin concerning staffing levels {we are currently meeting state basic staffing requirements}For the cost of a premium facility the level of care is not always being met ,Daily basic care is sometimes overlooked due to not enough staff available. Let me be clear the Caregivers are great, well trained and very caring for the memory care patients .. Not enough staff to cover for vacations , call ins , ect. This can be can be fixed, I pray it does. Will repost when positive results are observed.

Found 2 beautiful rocks at Castaway Reserve....Googled the name on them...have to say I was more then surprised that it was this place! But that's ok....one had a heart on it with a free lunch invite...is it alright for us to come dine...and another surprise for us is...we are looking for this type of living arrangement for my Aunt that's up in Ohio right now...well...just thought we would respond this way...because if nothing else...it was very pleasant finding those painted rocks...I'm going to keep them...I think that they are a sign from God.Bless all of you...sounds like a very loving place.Peace&Goodwill

Atria treated my grandfather with kindness, care, and respect. Their facilities and food are wonderful and they have lots of activities for the residents. Great place.Do not use their in-house pharmacy, Guardian. The pharmacy is tough to work with, their employees are rude, and they screw up insurance billing.
