I stopped in today to inquire about the services the facility offered and I was so impressed by the attitude of the staff, as well as the residents, It was great. They were getting ready for a Christmas celebration and were expecting lots of guests. I was very pleased with what I saw. Attentive staff and very helpful in all my questions.

I was there today to check out the facility, and I was really impressed. The staff as well as the people living there were so happy. Ive been to several assisted living places in citrus county and by far this was the best.!

Did CNA training at this place a couple years ago. Was 3rd shift. The staff told me to change one person, didn't tell me where anything was, what the client's name was or anything, then walked out of the room. Never saw a single employee the whole night until it was morning and 1st shift was about to come in. Meaning they did not check or change clients all night long. Would not recommend at all. Hopefully they have changed.

Placed mother in law in here 11/04/18. Nice staff so far. The room is very good. I think this place will work out. I recommend this place now. Have to see if all pans out.The last place, Always There, the name is a joke, was bad. Can't say anymore per my 'personal advisor'. 5/19 update. So far so good. Some bumpy roads but overall, 10/2/19 Update on New Horizon. The 'bumpy' roads are getting worse. Don't know why they are giving us a hard time. I think they are letting personal feelings get involved. If you stay involved with your loved one and voice your opinion they get upset. Looks like there will be more to come.
