The staff is the most caring, authentic and kind people that I have met in a facility. Your family members will be so lucky to have found this place.

My brother has been a resident of Zon since they opened 3 years ago. He went from setting the smoke alarm off on a regular basis (with cause), eating poorly, and having his utilities shut off for non payment when he lived alone, to living in a clean environment where the staff is attuned to his needs and make adjustments as necessary to accommodate him. The food is consistently good with the occasional flub up because it is fresh food prepared by humans. They are always willing to work with the residents and visitors to ensure we are truly happy, not just placated. Management goes out of their way to ensure there is always experienced staff to care for those who need it. They have varied enrichment programs to help the residents get to know each other and have some laughs together. Trivia is a highlight for many. Some residents are very self sufficient and others need more assistance and get it. I visit at different times of day and different days of the week and there is always a member of management on duty to ensure the residents feel like this is home, not just a place to sleep.

Awful establishment. Rude staff, mediocre food and I witnessed harassment towards their guests. You would expect better given how pricey they are. Do yourself a favor and take your elders somewhere else.

This is an excellent place. Zon provides the high quality care to the residents here. Food is good. The people are very friendly. A person would feel like they are welcome here. My grandmother lives here and I believe that they are doing an excellent job taking care of her. I highly recommend Zon.
