Majestic Memory Care

The memory care facility is open, clean and well organized. The most important thing is the love of the entire staff towards the patients. My Brother and I visited frequently Dad and as complicated this desease can be, everyone was extremely nice and human towards every patient.

I was asked to perform for their residents facing Alzheimer's and dementia. I perform as a singer which I have performed several times a year at various places. I sing at about 100 venues in South Florida and I have done over 1000 performances over the last few years. I do not charge much for my services, however Majestic's Bobby Gates asked me to reduce my price, and in offering a lower fee I would become a regular gig. The residents, their families, and the staff all told me they enjoyed the performance. I performed in August 2018, I left thinking Majestic would become a steady gig. that never happened. It is now December 2018, and I still have not been paid. I have sent invoices and called several times. The first time I called I was told the check was sent, a month later, the same response. It has been almost 6 months, and still no payment nor any response for non payment. If they are abusive toward their vendors, I can only imagine how they treat their residents, who cannot respond. Majestic is owned by a company called Avante, which is owned by Unimedi Kakheti,, which is owned by the BGEO group. None of the directors are listed, however this chain of companies is spread through Florida, Eastern Europe, and England. The obvious intent is to make no one responsible and difficult to sue. I do a great service for people who enjoy my music. This company is obviously corrupt. If you care about your loved ones DO NOT send them here.

It has been a trying time for the family with my mother getting Alzheimer's at a young age. The need to move her to a safe space was very concerning. The Majestic Memory Care Center has put these concerns to ease. The 'open' space, the garden area, the clean and uncrowded feeling differed so much from all else we saw in South Florida. The staff has been professional and so reassuring to my mom and us as a family. Great place for when it is needed.
