Watermark is a great community right in the heart of Gulf Breeze Proper. Jake, the owner is on-site, very helpful, and interacts with the residents and over sees the daily operation. The activities are amazing. This is a great second home to those who are not capable of residing on their own. Clean, conveniently located, with a great, caring staff. My grandmother has been at Watermark for 2 months. Ask for Dina or Tammy. Both are anxious to help and make the transition easy.

My aging mother has been a resident for 4 months. She loves everything about it. The food there is excellent and the atmosphere is clean and friendly. Everyone has been so good to her and she went into the routine smoothly.
