Honestly the staff here should get their licenses revoked. The absolute horrific conditions these patients are in when they arrive at the hospital is the picture of pure negligence. There is no wound care or preventative measures being taken for skin breakdown. And the sad thing is, is that you KNOW BETTER.

I'm not going to get into all the 'bads', and trust me it would take me too long, just saying run don't walk away from this place! I would NEVER recommend to anyone. And the pictures they have posted are a complete joke.

I would like to know why the caseworker called yesterday. That someone was picking my Aunt up to take her back to asst care home. But I get a call at 6. They were waiting for me to pick her up. Pick her up but release her to assited care with no wheelchair. Broken Hip There is no communication. Plus all new cloths bought missing

Agree with alec not a good place for love one. Very bad experience with this place. Wish you could post minus stars.

A//C did not work properly all summer and still is not good. Not enough help not enough towels. People not helped in a timely manner. Sad that they are not supervised better. No one loses but the residents that give them all their money.
