Diamond Assisted Living & Memory Care

I am very happy to call Diamond Assisted Living 'home' for my mother who is a resident. The staff is professional, friendly and personable. The facility is very clean and a safe environment. They have a variety of different activities to keep the residents active on a daily basis. My mom loves the beautiful courtyard filled with fruit trees and a fountain. It is also very convenient to shopping and dining. I am very pleased we found this facility to take care of my mom.

Our experience with Diamond ALF in Green Cove Springs, Fl has been positive. The staff is very attentive and the rooms and grounds are clean and attractive. The meals are good and mealtime always seems very inviting and pleasant. Id like to recognize the special attention that Sandy, Robyn, Susie, Pat, and Dana give to my mother, and also say that the director, Jonathan has always been willing to go the extra mile in finding ways to help make things as comfortable as possible. My mother enjoys the regular activities offered to the clients, and she particularly enjoys having her nails done on site. The medical support is very professional, and regular visits from a dermatologist and podiatrist have been convenient. My mother and father lived together at Diamond when the time came that my father needed daily support. When my father passed away, we asked my mother where she would like to live. She said she wanted to go home. We asked if she meant her previous home or if she wanted to live with us in our home. She said no, I want to go home where I am living now, at Diamond. Tina McRae

Why is there a lot of bad reviews on here, it saying that the staff smoke in side and that it smells,and that the employee sleep so do I have to come in there un invited to find out

I've come to know Johnathan and the staff there over time and at all times, they have worked towards doing what's best for the patients there. I have nothing but the upmost respect for the facility and what they do there. Constantly trying to improve the care and provide top quality care for patients at quite affordable prices.

Horrible place to work & put your family. Dont do it! Employed are there for a check ONLY. Sleep on the job, ignore needs, etc. The OWNER smokes in the building at night. I know because I was an overnight caregiver. Very sad place, unprofessional & dirty. A lot of times are out of diapers and have to use bed pads for the residents. I was let go over the phone because of false accusations because I was one of the few that actually cared for all the residents.
