Much kudos and shout outs go to the Amazing and Incredible Staff of Hunters Crossing Place Facility in Gainesville, FL led by Executive Director Joelle. The way they have kept all the residents safe, including my mom during the CoVid-19 pandemic is exceptional and serves as a successful and leading model for our nation - They are definitely HEROES AT WORK!!! This place is horrible the staff is awesome but the managers our horrible they never own time for the meetings that they schedule, I went in to take a tour no one was there a worker told me all the managers went out for lunch and I was waiting for about 2 hours , very unprofessional bad smell it was just a waste of time

I have lived.here now for a little over 2 months. At first things were pretty good that is until you get to know know what management does. Nothing is.my answer. Head nurse doesn't know what she iui s doing. Can't get ahold of her when you really need her.vwhat a waste.Head person in charge of the facility is no better. I CV would day more but I won't at this time.
