The building itself is in great shape. Compassionate and very energetic Executive Director. Concierge is awesome. Kitchen staff, for the most part is great. The residents are to die for. However, there is a huge gap in care due to the carelessness of some of the employees. 95% of the staff (nursing and care) is extremely rude, theyre always latewhich causes a huge gap in care. Theres no repercussion for tardiness, so the staff capitalizes on that. There are surveillance cameras everywhere, and it still doesnt deter them from being on their phones. Theres a large group of disrespectful and unprofessionals who work there. I wouldnt be surprised if management is afraid of taking actions against such group. I would be too.

I am a dog walker who frequently visits Thrive at Beachwalk. I've got to know and become familiar with some of the residents and staff. Everyone has been very friendly towards me when I come to walk a dog twice a day, every weekday. My mother is a nurse who has worked in hospice and assisted living facilities for more than a decade, so I have been to a few facilities. Thrive is unlike any other, they seem to always have something going on or an event planned to keep their residents and staff active and involved. There is a real sense of community.

What a beautiful establishment. Such well mannered and kind staff. These people show so much love and care for their residents, its amazing. We toured this place in our search and we were amazed and hope to place my mother there soon.

Thrive at Beachwalk is a beautiful assisted living community in Ft Myers Florida. I have been working in the senior industry for about 14 years now and I would highly recommend Thrive for many reasons. This gorgeous building has a very positive energy that you can feel when you walk in the door. The leadership team goes above and beyond for their residents and family members. They are always providing new and creative activities to engage residents and make sure everyone is having a blast! My kids even love to attend functions because they are pet friendly and throw the best parties! I would highly recommend going in for a tour! You will be very impressed as well.
