Here are the pictures for you! My mom is 62 years old, and I will need some help from one of the caregivers at my house on Highland View Court next to Fleming Island Elementary School. She needs assistance with Grocery Shopping, Restaurants and around the house including my Karate America Training (Collar Testing, Tournaments, Testing, etc). She'll also need help with my career with Challenge Enterprises of North Florida in Green Cove Springs so she needs to not having me by myself for these.

I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone. The setting is nice, very inviting crew, great job why they should be picked as a place to put your loved one in. NEXT day after move in sales lady saw us and turned the other way ( was VERY obvious) she knew what she did, but she did her job and that is sales. Behind the walls is a different scene NOTHING that we saw during tours. No fancy dining and 5 star food and staff ZERO. In fact you dont get a menu selection. Learned that day 2. This place AT best is a fancy hotel walking in. Nice staff, all smiles, waving hello to one another list goes on. Behind the walls of reality I guess is clearly a vision they have for the future. Contract list several services that dont exist. Sign one and see for yourselves. This place is AT BEST a apartment complex and they are landlords. Would highly recommend NOT placing a loved one here.

Seagrass Village of Fleming Island is an amazing place. I have recently moved my grandparents into the community. The social atmosphere, the food, the cleanliness, the fabulous care, it all makes for such a fabulous place for everyone who lives there. The team is sincere and truly cares about the residents and the families. Seagrass has the best warm welcoming that made my grandparents feel right at home!

This will not allow me to give a 0. Very very very disappointed in this place , please do all your research before placing your loved one into a assisted/memory care facility.Seagrass for starters opened up with no license and was fined pretty big, for what we paid was insane because me and my family had to do all the work for them ,my mom's laundry, cleaning you name it .No such thing as activities just a thing to put on the boards, this is just a few things , a few I will not mention as its currently being looked into.

My mother moved here 2 months ago and is very happy with her decision. It is set up to allow seniors to live independently without having to deal with daily hassles of living alone. The amenities are top notch from housekeeping, many social activities and excellent dining. Residents can be as involved or private as they want to be. The opportunities for socializing are a nice perk as many older people feel isolated. The apartments are very well appointed and comfortable. It is like having an apartment in an all inclusive resort. One of my favorite times to drop by for a visit is during 'happy hour' and enjoy a glass of wine with Mom. The place is new and there aren't any cliques and groups causing discord. The staff is unbelievably nice and seem to genuinely want everyone to be happy. This is not a nursing home (although there is a separate assisted living community) it is a way to live out later years in comfort and freedom. Also nice is the monthly fee covers everything - rent, dining, housekeeping, cable, internet, utilities - everything! It is month to month so you don't have to commit their life savings to move in.
