They are understaffed , sometimes it takes forever for them to answer a call button . And just try to get someone to answer the nurse's station, still understaffed , called the administrator , He never got back to me either ... Please get extra help on the nurse floor, no one answers the phone at the nurse's station, ... .

I've had the opportunity to drop off patients at this location while working for a non emergency company.In most cases the patients are anxious about their next move. But thankfully when I bring them to this facility, the patient is well recieved by the staff!Overall I will say that the staff moves in unison, the physical therapy team is good, and the place is kept clean.SPECIAL recognition to the RN named Cynthia for her great bed side manners, attention to detail, and hardworking ethic! The last patient I brought in January 2020 was at ease thanks to Cynthia and the staff that evening.Very happy to know that people like her are still in the medical field.And thank you management for your efforts in keeping the facility running smoothly!

I have a group of people gathering money to hire a team of lawyers to take this place down. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My neighbor brings her dogs to visit centers in the area and had to call the hospital to have a patient be taken out because the infection of the leg was so bad. There was no care for this patient AT ALL! Part of the leg had to be cut off later on in the hospital. That is just one of the stories I have heard. Management I hope you see this because the LAW is coming for you! This is just the first of my reviews, I have more details coming of exact workers here that are outright disgusting and nasty people. If you love your family DONT SEND THEM HERE!
