Horrible!!!! They are really not a good management to wrk for especially if you are a expecting mother once you leave they discriminate against you they ban you from coming back no one will talk to From the hr department all the way to the director of nursing and the administration they will notify the receptionist to not allow u to speak to them at all !!! Its so sad how you will work so hard for them and they will lie to u and tell u once you go on maternity leave they will allow u to come back as long as you reapply thats not true its a few of us been turned away and treated unfairly dont go there they are not a team at all .

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. My stay was approximately 4 weeks. Was recovering from sepsis, cervical spine surgery, shoulder surgery, and had a temporary spacer implant in my hip which prevented me from ANY weight bearing on my left leg, was in need of IV antibiotics 3 times a day, and have lost the feeling and much fine motor skills in my hands. The nurses were(all but 1 or 2) not helpful at all. They behaved as if because I was younger than most of their patients my condition couldn't be as bad as I THOUGHT it was. I rarely buzzed for the nurses but when I did they were too late for the bathroom and I once waited no less than 3 hours for a pain pill! Once the nurse came with my medication complaining as if I was at fault that she had to take time out of her break to bring it. My room was never thoroughly cleaned. The floor was literally mopped 4 times during my entire stay. If I complained about ANYTHING I was treated with disrespect or I was simply ignored . One of my nurses didn't even know what self catheterization was! Something I had to do. As a whole the nurses seemed sorely under qualified. My visitors often couldn't visit because of the extensive time it took to be buzzed in/ out of the facility after 4:30pm. 10-20 minutes to get in. 10-20 to get out. I had multiple Dr. appointments and upon return I would find my lunch sitting in my room since noon. Sometimes hours later. And was not provided or offered a fresh meal. After spending 4 weeks here the list of examples of utter disregard for patient care and comfort seems endless. But I will end by saying this was a terrible experience. Horrible. I won't soon forget it but I'm trying. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE!!!! I would, however, like to offer a heartfelt thanks to the 2 nurses and the aides that obviously had to work their tails off to make their patients feel safe, secure, and cared for (in a setting that can be daunting and lonely for even the strongest of patients) because of and in spite of their co-workers who did not.
