It's nearly impossible to get someone to answer a specific question. It is always: I'm sorry she/he is unavailable' or can I get your phone# she'll call you back' Hahahhaaha I am in Europe! I am unable to get ANYONE to tell me how my mother is! This place really needs a thorough inspection. ALL the positive comments are from insiders or 'do me a favor...' imposters.Like most others, a FOR PROFIT, TO HELL WITH CARE FACILITY.
