The care that my father has been receiving by the staff is top notch. There is not a person there that has not gone out of their way to make his experience the best. They truly care about all their residents & it shows. Thank you Seasons staff for all you do. WE LOVE YOU ALL!!!

They lost 3/4 of her good clothes when she moved rooms. (Stored, then thrown away by accident.) Flowers were delivered, but staff did not help her put them in water when she couldnt. Mom developed pressure sores - staff sat her in a wheel chair in front of a tv for long periods for dementia programming. She dropped a great deal of weight. After 6 weeks in the hospital and rehab, I moved her out to a better facility. Her soiled clothes in the laundry basket had not been washed in those 6 weeks. Disgraceful! Understaffed. Room was filthy and furniture falling apart.
