This company and the community of Belleair is a breath of fresh air!! I have seen other communities, with 40 units, and only 3 care associates per shift. The ratio of care staff to residents is 2 for 14 units!! The food is wonderful, and the associates are very caring.

Worse place to work, nurses are rude and they don't care for the Residents and caregivers safety. Cottages are dirty some with rouches walking in the kitchen. No team work!!

If I can give it 0 stars i would this place is very unorganized & management is unprofessional the ED herself has a very nasty attitude towards employees.

My Mother has been at Pacifica Belleair for a little over a year. She has made significant improvements. The Care staff is very caring and attentive. The head nurse seems to work tirelessly to make sure the residents are cared for in the proper manner.
