I want to give this 0 stars. Ive never been treated so poorly. Our card was declined while away from home and attempting to return home, after making 13 phone calls I was told that there was no customer service that could help us unlock our card, therefore we couldnt even get gas to go home. Basically, our funds were being withheld from us and no one could tell us why. I even resorted to the report card stolen option just to speak to a human, who also couldnt help. Ill be withdrawing ALL of our funds, including debit and savings, from this bank. Its not user friendly, they dont care about their customers and left us stranded with no answers. DONT USE THIS BANK IF YOU NEED RELIABILITY. Our funds were withheld from us, for apparently no reason, even thought we had x4 amount of cash in our checking account than the purchase we were trying to make.
