Tangerine Cove of Brooksville Assisted Living

I worked at Tangerine Cove from 2013 to 2017. I was a housekeeper and enjoyed my job. We work hard at the Cove and have fun doing it. I have met many wonderful people from residents to staff. I still like to go back and visit from time to time.

Do NOT EVER Send your loved one here unless you have absolutely no other alternatives!! The owners of this facility should be in jail. They charge thousands of dollars for rent and for what? Cockroach infested, run down, dirty building. Revolving door with staff- people are fired weekly it seems. They scam people who are already in dire straits because THEY CAN. For example, $3.50 for ONE Tylenol when you can pay 8 cents at the store.... problem is a lot of residents cant get to the store & they know it! Residents even have to pay for their own cockroach spray. A meal consist of a turkey sandwich with one piece of bread and some gravy, yuck! All around disgusting and the management and owners should be ashamed. They just bought new furniture for their offices yet cant afford to do a single repair to this rundown sh** hole of a building. I hope you all can sleep well at night! Youre all a total disgrace to this community.

Horrible phone communication. I would rate this place at a zero if I could.
