Westminster Point Pleasant

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Had a family member go here based on reviews, which I can say are either fake or paid for. After staying for a few weeks they had to rush her back to the hospital because the staff refused to change an open wound bandage so it became INFECTED resulting in more surgeries. They transferred her back to this dump where her clothes and items were MISSING. She was released after having ZERO SHOWERS despite the family and patient asking and it was written for her to have three a week. The wound bandage was STILL NOT CLEANED OR CHANGED!!! In fact it was hanging by a single staple. The paperwork sent home that is supposed to be current is for a different month entirely. Her medicine was not given correctly and is all messed up.If you don't care about the person you are putting in here or better yet if you HATE the person you are putting in here then yes Westminster is the place to go!!

My mother who passed recently was a resident of the long term care part of this facility. She had been there almost a year. There are not enough words to describe how WONDERFUL Westminster was to my mother. She had previously been at a assisted living and memory care facility and the care was not what we had hope for. When it was decided she needed to go to a long term care I was so hesitant about moving her to another place.From the minute the tour started with Sarry I knew my mom would be in good hands. First, it is just beautiful. Modern, clean and right on the water. The views are stunning.My mom was on the second floor and the staff was always so welcoming. Thank to Holly, Lisa and Rosie for always being patient and kind to my mom, my brother and myself. I relied on you and you never failed me or my family. Please let everyone there know our gratitude for providing my mom a loving place she could call home. Rosie, thank you for being there with my mom at the end. It meant a lot

I have worked here for 7 years. Our Nursing and Therapy departments work well together. We have a very caring and compassionate team. I would reccomend my family to go here for rehab and/ or LTC. I have never been more impressed with a company before! They go the extra mile for staff and residents.
