To the person that left a review that it smells bad. I have worked in retirement homes for over 15 years. This is one of the cleanest and well kept facilities I have ever been in.

Resident director Tim is trying to make employees work off of the clock. If someone is off the clock, they are entitled to their break. You dont go up to someone on their break and tell them to get back to work. Not only is that childish, but highly demotivating to the employee. If someone is on break in an area you dont want them in, then ask them politely to move to a different area, or get a break room. Employees listening to music with headphones off the clock is perfectly fine, unless you wanted them to blast the music for the residents to listen to. This is highly unprofessional. Fix it.Edit: Daniel needs to take a hike.

This place smells bad, not enough staff to care for the patient. They are uncaring, and I would not take my dog there .
