My father lived at Windward Palms for 3 years and just moved out to be closer to family. He enjoyed poker with friends, evening entertainment and trips to the casino. The place is clean with a beautifully renovated dining room. The part my father will miss most is the staff. Everyone was so friendly and they truly care about the residents. The General Manager, Richard was very kind and took the time to wish my father well in his new home. Thank you.

I actually work at Windward Palms I'm writing this review because I see how much the staff truly cares about all residents our staff tries every day from the time they clock into the time they clock out and sometimes Beyond trying to make sure that everyone is happy and make every activity and every meal special the place is very clean and I would definitely recommend it

Amazing staff and amenities. If you're considering a facility like this, I strongly recommend touring the grounds.

Food is no good and Richard the manager is gone and Ron the guy who does everything for everyone here should be manager everyone really misses Richard he was a great Manager

Staff is beyond nice. My mother in law moved in from another place and the difference is night and day. Nice apartments with lock in rates, wide well decorated hallways and bathrooms. Richard runs a nice family oriented place. The food is not institutional but very tasty. Music played in the halls gives this place more of a hotel feel than a nursing home atmosphere others have. I also have no issues finding parking and there are plenty of shopping venues and activities very close by if you take your family out. Plus they have other places your loved one can stay if they go on vacation. Almost like a substitute home. Ask them about lock in rates as well. But as I said the staff is great. Kind, helpful, nice, and always there.
