Good quality care

I would really like to give a huge compliment to one of the most exceptional visits I had at Sonata in Boynton Beach. I was greeted at the door by a gentleman named Roger who addressed me by name. As we sat to exchange information about my father and details of the place, I was curious as to why he was dressed in a chefs uniform. I looked at his name tag and it said he was the Food Director. I assumed they were short-handed and he was just filling in. I was not concerned what-so-ever. He was extremely knowledgeable and throughly impressed me with his presentation. As we were walking the grounds, he proceeded to tell me that this was his very first tour and he had only been with Sonata for two weeks but had worked at another facility previously. Wow! I honestly would have never guessed this. It seemed as though he was there for many years. Anyway, I had to mention him because he was so professional and knew just how to handle a potential client. I will never forget how I was treated and this made me feel so at ease.
