Horrendous!Absolutely unacceptable. Overly expensive for minimal treatment and minimal care. Offensive staff. Picking up my relative soiled and smelly all the time and facing staff moody and rude when asked to take care of it. The worst place you can choose . STAY AWAY

I was trying to hold off on my review until my mom left but issues here are not getting resolved 7 days without a working phone in the room she weeks isolated from friends and family not being able to communicate with her. Staff have been putting tickets in every day with no resolve I had to call admin.The nurses are running about 3 hours behind in getting her meds to her. Hallways are noisy from the floor staff not the relaxing experience we were expecting
