This is a nice place. I would definitely consider it because of its location. The best thing about this place is the house keeping manager Maria. She is helpful and cares about the property and all the residents.

Veranda Club is so poorly run that I would love to take my mother out but she is 93 and I think moving would be too much for her.It is only moderately clean. I don't think they could pass a state health inspection.They are understaffed. Mom waited 1 1-2hours at her table for dinner.I walked the whole grounds and there is not a single flower in the whole place.Maria and the nursing staff are the only reason we stay.There are few organized activities for the elderly. The swimming pool is not heated in the winter.There is no organized exercise. The staff is inexperienced and not trained.The management tend to be crooks.I see other reviews that saw complaining is sour grapes but it think Veranda Club wrote those themselves because their rating is so low.Sorry to all of you out there looking for a place for your mom or dad.
