I am a physician who had my sister there. She liked the facility and the staff was nice. The nursing care is subpar and cleanliness was a concern. Numerous times I tried to communicate with nursing regarding her medication and they would rarely ever call me back. My biggest complaint however is dealing with this facility with financial issues. I have had issues in the past regarding erroneous billing and it took months of phone calls and emails to get the facility to resolve them. My sister recently passed away and despite being told I would receive my rental deposit and balance of her monthly fees returned, they have not done so. They have not answered any of my numerous attempts to communicate. through email and phone calls. It is just really poor business...BEWARE

I recently had to move an old friend to an assisted living facility. After visiting several i decided on The Sterling. Mark is absolutely wonderful and certainly made my decision easier. He was very professional and helped make the transition much less stressful than i had anticipated. Mary, the director, has also been available to me and extremely willing to listen when i need a shoulder. Daniel, the activities director, is amazing. His interaction with the residents is just beautiful. He is so caring and patient. The daily happy hour and entertainment - so much fun! I have found all of the staff to be kind and always willing to lend a hand. I made a great decision thanks to all of the above. The Sterling is a great place. It feels like family.

The Sterling is an exceptionally perfect facility for my 95 year old mother. The staff, nurses, assistant nurses are very kind, compassionate and caring. I am especially fond of Danny for the social activities. He always makes my mom laugh. Mom also enjoys the food prepared by the chef and his staff. Mary, the head nurse and Diana and always willing to speak with me. And fially Mark was extremely professional and caring i his efforts to have my mom move into Sterling as easy as possible. God bless them!

The staff here is very caring, patient and professional. Every time I visit my dad here, you can see that the residents are happy and being well taken care of. I personally want to acknowledge Diana, who has taken the time on several occasions to answer our questions. It is not an easy decision to make for your parents, but Diana made this process very smooth and was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones.
