I have been a resident of the Imperial Club for almost 1.5 years and have enjoyed meeting new friends, participating in planned activities and traveling with the gang in the club bus to various places of entertainment and interests. Most of all, I enjoy my freedom for I come and go at will, eat three meals a day (DON'T HAVE TO COOK), have my apartment clean along with many other amenities. Yesterday our Activities Director, Bambi, took some of the gang to Jaxson's Restaurant and Ice Cream Parlor. The experience was big fun. Best decision I ever made for this is senior living at its best!

Thank you to the Imperial Club staff for making the short time my brother was there comfortable and inviting for him. All the staff I came in contact were great from the gentleman at the front desk, maintenance, the waitress in the dining room and last but not least was the head nurse Ms Kenya a real asset to your company. Ms Kenya is a super awesome professional. I ate with my brother in the dining and I was impressed by the taste, seasoning and variety of the food there I am Chef /Instructor myself.

My dad is a resident at Imperial Club, on the Assisted Living floor since November 2019. Having an aging parent that requires assisted Senior Care is a new territory and unchartered waters for me. Melissa, our Leasing Consultant, has been extremely personable and informative from the beginning, which has led to a smooth transition into my 'New Reality'. Any questions, comments or concerns that may arise, Melissa has been willing to either answer, or find someone within Imperial Club that can assist. Kenya, Lead Nurse on the Assisted Living floor has been attentive and tuned into my father's medical needs. Recently, his medical needs required him to go to the hospital via ambulance. From the minute he was transported, Kenya contact me and informed me every step of the way what was happening with his care. In addition, Kenya was in constant communication with the hospital, to stay informed of my father's care as well as prepare for his return, so that there won't be any laps in his medical care. Every person that has come in contact with my father from housekeeping to medical care, to grooming assistance, food service, etc. has provided a pleasant and comforting experience. Not only is this appreciated by my father during his transitions into assisted care, but also assists my entire family with easing into our New Normal!
